Internal Control Review

Internal control reviews provide management with assurance about the effectiveness of their control environments. In recent years, the assessment of internal control has become a high priority to many companies.

In May 2013, the original 1992 framework for Internal Controls has been sharpened and refreshed to reflect the current business environment. Our team of professionals can help clients implement this new internal control framework by using the five components (control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring activities) to break the project into workable pieces.

We will also evaluate the organization's internal control systems and provide a report to the management regarding the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of such controls. We will make recommendations to improve effectiveness and increase the efficiency of your existing control system.
